DUTIES
• Petty cash handling and capturing
• Cash/walk in customer management
• POS machine daily reconciliation
• Filing where needed
• Managing communications
• Organizing files
• Scheduling meetings
• Providing general clerical support.
• Handle tasks like drafting correspondence
• Updating databases
• Managing calendars.
Requirements
• BGCSE/ IGCSE. A certificate in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Bookkeeping will be of higher advantage.
• 0-2 years experience in an Administration and Accounting environment.
• A good command of English and Setswana
