VACANCY
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bakery Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a love for baking, and a sharp eye for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily bakery operations and staff
* Maintain high standards of product quality and food safety
* Oversee inventory management and ingredient ordering
* Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen
* Schedule staff and manage performance
* Collaborate with the team on new product ideas and seasonal offerings
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bakery or food production management
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques and commercial kitchen equipment
* Leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus
