About Us:
We are a leading provider of commercial laundry, catering, butchery, and bakery equipment solutions, serving diverse industries nationwide, complete with full after sales back up and spares.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Manage and optimize resource allocation, including budget management and vendor relationships.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Qualities:
3+ years of senior leadership experience in operations management.
Strong understanding of industry/operational methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven approach with experience in KPI management.
