Key Responsibilities
Provide psychosocial support.
Follow up ART defaulting clients.
Mobilize the community for HIV Testing Services (HTS) and link them to treatment.
Practice Public Health Education and promotion.
Compile and submit reports on program progress.
Implement programs addressing stigma, discrimination, gender based violence, drugs and substance abuse within the community.
Ensure Confidentiality and privacy of all client information.
Requirements
BGCSE or any Health related course
1 year working experience with communities or HIV/AIDS programs will be an added advantage.
