Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Oversee monthly management accounts, statutory reporting, and audit preparation
Ensure compliance with IFRS and insurance regulatory requirements
Provide strategic financial advice and decision support to leadership
Mentor and manage the finance team to drive high performance
Ensure timely preparation, submission, and compliance with all relevant tax filings and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role, preferably in Financial Services
Competencies and Skills:
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS 17)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and team leadership capabilities
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
Must have experience preparing and presenting financial reports to the Board and Executive Management
