Position Purpose
 
 
This role assists Fleet Coordinators at the Business Center with optimization of the mechanics of vehicles or plant, fuel management, and utilizing analytics at Service Center level.
The purpose is to improve the efficiency of vehicles or plant availability by repairing vehicles or plant and responding to recover vehicle or plant breakdowns, as well as attending to incidents or accidents and moving vehicles to a safe place.
It is responsible for carrying out minor repairs of vehicles or plant and managing the implementation of Fleet Management Systems, as well as preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Qualifications and Experience
 
 

National Craft Certificate (NCC) (Transport management specializing in auto mechanics/electrical, automotive engineering, auto mechanics, auto electrical, heavy plant, motor vehicle systems)

Two (2) years’ experience in automotive repair

Remuneration
 
 

Salary: An attractive salary package commensurate to the market

Leave: 25 working days per annum
