Key Responsibilities
Operation and maintenance of boiler and auxiliary systems to maximize asset availability and reliability.
Maintain high efficiency and safety standards for cradle to grave asset management of the boiler and balancers.
Cater to breakdown/overhaul/major maintenance and plan preventive/predictive maintenance.
Build a team of skilled professionals for operations and maintenance.
Manage contracts for annual maintenance of various systems and equipment.
Ensure statutory compliance.
Requirements
Graduate engineer in Mechanical Engineering with at least 20-25 years of experience, with significant experience in operation and maintenance of large-sized (500 MW and above) boiler and auxiliaries.
Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of supercritical/ultra-supercritical boilers and ESPs.
