Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for ICT support, assisting students, faculty, and staff with technical issues and enquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues to senior ICT staff when necessary.
Manage and monitor helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
Assist in maintaining the College’s network, systems, and operations.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of hardware and software components.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and implementation of projects.
Assist with inventory management of ICT assets, including tracking and auditing hardware and software.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related program.
Professional certifications e.g. CCNA, Network+, A+ is desirable.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
