REQUIREMENTS

 
 

Minimum 15 years’ experience in BOTH Long-Term and Short-Term Insurance

Minimum 5 years senior management experience is a prerequisite

Minimum qualification: AIISA/ACII

Mature adult above 40 years

Clean driver’s license a requirement

 
 

KEY COMPETENCES

 
 

Extensive knowledge of BOTH Long-Term and Short-Term insurance products

Extensive knowledge of the Botswana insurance market

Extensive knowledge of governance, compliance and regulatory matters

Extensive knowledge of NBFIRA operations

Leadership, management and team effectiveness skills

Effective planning and organization skills

Effective top level written and verbal communication skills

Customer centric
