Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line desktop, hardware, software, and network related issues.
Log, track and resolve incidents using the IT service desk system.
Assist users with password resets, account access, and troubleshooting.
Set up workstations such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) in order to contribute to excellent customer services to internal staff.
Escalate unresolved problems to senior IT support.
Complete other information technology tasks as assigned.
Participate actively in the Implementation of ISO and Kaizen programs.
Any other duties related to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Should be studying towards a Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems or an equivalent professional qualification.
Sound knowledge in IT technical support and Microsoft suite of packages.
Creative and Analytical thinking as well as good planning and organizing skills.
