Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) and support risk management initiatives.
Support management systems audits, internal audits and legal compliance audits.
Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action management.
Develop HSE procedures, standards, risk registers, operational controls and reports.
Support Emergency Response Planning (ERP) and business continuity initiatives.
Provide HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
Support contractor management and site inspections.
Use digital tools and ERP systems to support data management, reporting and performance tracking.
Travel to client sites as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HSE, SHEQ, risk management, auditing, compliance, or management systems consulting.
Demonstrable experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Management Systems.
Experience conducting HIRA, audits, legal compliance audits, and incident investigations.
Strong analytical, report writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Valid Driver’s License.
Valid Passport and willingness to travel.
