Trollope Botswana International has the following employment opportunities available as indicated below within the Mmamabula area for a Short-Term Contract.
To carry out routine Engineering Clerical functions in terms of the designed, unplanned, upcoming and concluded equipment maintenances and repairs. Collecting entire equipment data and information for accurate document control management system so such files are available for record keeping and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains routine provision of materials handling services and facilitation of goods received and dispatched.
Goods received are securely kept and stored in accordance with Company standards and ISO principles.
Issuance of goods as per issuing requisitions and management of inventory levels
Regular maintenance of good housekeeping.
Demonstration of understanding the established change initiatives.
Organises information and data for reporting and record keeping.
Familiarisation of risk management strategies, applicable policies and procedures.
Knowledge of the Organization’s Definition of Confidential Information
Adherence to engineering programs in accordance with the established equipment maintenance and repair standards and safe acceptable practices.
Familiarisation with risk management strategies, applicable policies and procedures.
Understanding of SHE Management Systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).

Requirements

Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
At least 2 years’ work experience in a Mining Environment
A valid Class B driver’s licence
Safety oriented and output driven
Written and verbal communication skills
Must have sober habits
Attention to detail
Medically fit
Behavioural Skills, interpersonal and work task planning skills
Administrative skills and good presentation skills.
Problem solving and Accountability.
Sound knowledge of principles and techniques of heavy plant equipment used in open pit mining.
Computer literacy.
