We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence, executing marketing strategies, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, brand visibility, optimizing SEO, and creating compelling content to support business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns promote our investment facilitation and ESG advisory services.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
Manage and optimize the company website (content updates, UX improvements, performance tracking).
Design eye-catching social media posters, banners, and promotional graphics using basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Spark).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, or trade shows.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
Collaborate with all stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing (apply if entry-level or recent graduate).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
Strong graphic design skills for social media and promotional content (experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to analyze and explain marketing metrics within business goals across multiple platforms.
Interest in Corporate Research: Trends in ESG, sustainability, and investment facilitation is a plus.
