PERSON IN CHARGE

Lucara Botswana (Pty) Ltd owns the Karowe Diamond Mine in Letlhakane, which operates an Open Pit Mine and is now transitioning into the Underground operation. The envisaged underground operation is currently undergoing construction in which two vertical shafts (Production and Ventilation) are being sunk and will be followed by lateral development and subsequent ore extraction. To this end, Lucara Botswana invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following positions, tenable in Letlhakane, to be part of this exciting underground mine development.
Reporting to the Shiftboss, the Person in Charge supervises designated underground workplaces, enforces safety standards, conducts legal inspections, and ensures the correct execution of production activities

Valid Class B Driver’s Licence
