Job Description
Record and review test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Conduct equipment calibrations, maintenance, and verification as per schedule.
Assist in deviation reporting, root cause analysis, and CAPA documentation.
Support QA audits by providing relevant documentation and participating in inspections.
Review logbooks, test records, and batch testing documentation for completeness.
Report and help investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.
Ensure good documentation practices (GDP) are followed at all times.
Be able to perform analytical tests on samples according to approved methods and SOPs and operate analytical instruments.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science – Chemistry
Or HND Metallurgical Assaying
At least 5-years’ experience in a Base Metal Analytical Laboratory
Experience in an Accredited Laboratory
Training on ISO 17025 Understanding
Training on ISO 17025 Auditing
Quality Control knowledge
