Key Responsibilities
Provide cost guidance on contract matters to Site Agents, Site Engineers and other operational staff
Provide series of on the job training programmers to junior employees to allow for smooth succession of responsibilities and continuity of company business
Work with Finance Department to coordinate contract financial obligations
Handle on-going issue and change management
Ensure smooth contract close-out
Requirements
BSc Degree in Quantity surveying from a recognized University
At least 10 years Quantity surveying experience within the construction industry and managing a department within a Citizen Owned Construction environment
Computer Literacy and knowledge of Construction Computer software programmes (Microsoft packages)
