Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain international retail standards across all store locations, ensuring consistency in layout, cleanliness, and operations
Conduct routine store audits to identify gaps and drive improvements in performance and presentation
Execute visual merchandising strategies, including product placement, shelf organization, and promotional displays
Train and support frontline staff on customer service, communication, and operational best practices
Assist store supervisors in improving daily operations, including stock replenishment and inventory control
Support new store and kiosk setups by ensuring readiness, correct layout, and adherence to company standards
Monitor store performance and provide practical recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
5-7 years of retail experience in developed markets such as the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, European Union, United States, or Australia
Experience in roles such as Retail Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Operations Associate
Bachelor’s degree
Strong understanding of customer service, store operations, and merchandising
Detail-oriented with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with frontline teams
