Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures
Lead and manage the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives
Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and financial performance
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Requirements
Master of Accounting Science or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 7+ years’ proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Experience in the hospitality or lodge industry will be an an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
