Key Responsibilities
Cleaning of vehicle interior and exterior to our high standards
Vehicle quality control including identification and reporting of expired licence
refueling vehicle and checking pressure and oil/water and other fluids after every rental
Delivering vehicles to customers in accordance with our procedures
Delivery of branch transfers ,service duesand damages to relevant suppliers
Provide excellent customer services , effectively assisting with customers
Responsible for the security and quality control of vehicles and other company properties
Handling vehicles checks -ins accordance with company , quality control and claim procedures
Requirements
1-3 years relevant driving experience
BGCSE & tertiary Qualification
A valid drivers licence – must be 2 years driving experience -manual& auto
Computer literate ( basic level will suffice)
Must be fully bilingual and able to communicate with customers effectively in english
Ability to read map or make use of GPS system
