Reporting to the Managing Partner, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Leading the development, implementation and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Services strategy against set key performance indicators
Overseeing the delivery of Enterprise Risk services to clients; including Technology Risk Consulting services
Directing the planning, resourcing, execution of engagements and reporting to board audit committees
Ensuring compliance with the firm’s quality and risk management policies and procedures
Establishing and maintaining sound working relationship with client counterparts.
Driving business development, including identifying opportunities and the development and delivery of proposals
Coaching staff and implementing performance management processes.

Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening): an ability to present information concisely, to communicate in a manner applicable to all levels
Excellent time management skills with demonstrable experience of working under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of risk management and compliance universe, concepts and frameworks
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification is preferred and IIA membership in good standing
Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent is an added advantage
CISA qualification is advantageous
At least ten (10) years post-qualification experience in a consulting professional services environment, 5 of which should have been in a senior managerial role
