Job Description
We are seeking three (3) enthusiastic and skilled Commis Cooks to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality meals within a busy mining environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to approved recipes and standards.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Follow HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
Practice proper stock rotation (FIFO) and minimize food waste.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Assist during buffet and service operations.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Professional Cookery.
Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience preferred.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
Experience in large-scale catering or mining operations is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
