\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u00a0
\n\u00bb Develop and execute a robust strategic plan for business growth.
\n\u00bb Drive market expansion through product innovation, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships.
\n\u00bb Ensure strong financial performance and sustainable underwriting results, supported by prudent risk management.
\n\u00bb Build and lead a high-performance executive team and promote a values-driven corporate culture.
\n\u00bb Engage effectively with regulators, reinsurers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
\n\u00bb Provide accurate, timely reporting to the Board and uphold sound corporate governance.

\nRequired Qualifications & Experience
\n\u00a0
\n\u00bb Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Insurance, Finance, or related Professional qualification coupled with extensive experience at Executive Level
\n\u00bb Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 10 years in a C-suite or senior executive role within the insurance or financial services sector.
\n\u00bb Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
\n\u00bb Demonstrated success in driving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency, preferably in insurance and risk management.
\n\u00bb In-depth knowledge of Botswana\u2019s insurance market and regulatory framework.
\n\u00bb Proven track record in business transformation and customer-centric innovation.
\n\u00bb Experience with group synergies and cross-selling of insurance products.
