\nJob Summary
\n\u00a0
\n* Overseeing and manage the operations of a pharmaceutical distribution organisation.
\n* Oversee the budget and expenditure of the budget.
\n* Coordinating regulatory inspections.
\n* Ensuring that the company\u2019s products comply with the regulations of the Botswana Medicines Regulatory Authority (BOMRA).
\n* Assessing of major and minor variations to registered medicines.
\n* Receiving, reviewing and filing dossiers for registration of new products and variations.
\n* Consulting advice on and coordinating the approval and registration of pharmaceuticals and complementary medicines.
\n* Assessing the quality and safety of small molecule medicines.
\n* Assessing the bioequivalence studies for generic medicine applications.
\n* Consulting on strategic policies to senior management throughout new product development.
\n* Facilitate in-house trainings on quality and efficacy assessment of medicine dossiers to junior level officers.
\n* Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.

\nMinimum Education, Training and Experience Requirements
\n\u00a0
\n* Bachelor (Hons) Degree of Pharmacy.
\n* Registered with Botswana Health Professional Council (BHPC).
\n* At least two (3) years regulatory experience.
\n* Should have work experience in a Medicines Regulatory Authority.<\/p>\n
