This pivotal role is responsible for aligning human resources practices with our organizational goals, supporting staff welfare, and driving strategic HR initiatives.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisition &amp; Retention: Lead the recruitment and retention of top talent to support organizational growth.<br \/>\nPerformance Management: Guide managers on performance improvement strategies and ensure timely completion of performance development plans. Set annual goals using the Balanced Scorecard and KPIs.<br \/>\nEmployee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary issues to foster a positive workplace environment.<br \/>\nCulture &amp; Engagement: Manage feedback surveys and drive organizational values and culture development initiatives.<br \/>\nCompensation: Partner with management and various departments to provide HR support and ensure effective team leadership.<br \/>\nPayroll &amp; Compliance: Review payroll and resolve related complaints. Stay updated on employment laws to ensure legal compliance.<br \/>\nData Management &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, organize digital employee information, and compile HR metrics for reporting.<br \/>\nLearning &amp; Development: Coordinate training events and development opportunities for all staff.<br \/>\nAdditional Duties: Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nEducation &amp; Training<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent).<br \/>\nKnowledge &amp; Experience<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience as a Human Resources Officer.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience with SAGE 300 HR systems.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSkills &amp; Abilities<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nComprehensive understanding of HR practices and labour\/industrial relations.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br \/>\nAble to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism.<\/p>\n<p>JOB APPLICATION DETAILS<\/p>\n<p>APPLICATION DETAILS<br \/>\nHow to Apply:<br \/>\nInterested candidates should submit a detailed<br \/>\nCV and cover letter to<br \/>\nrecruitment@pedrosbotswana.co.bw by<br \/>\n14th June 2025.
