Job Purpose

\nWe are seeking dynamic, results-driven Individual Life Agents to market and sell life products solutions to individuals and corporate clients. The ideal candidates will be responsible for prospecting, engaging potential clients, and driving sales to grow the portfolio.

\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Identify and engage potential clients (individuals, SMEs, and corporates) to promote life solutions.<\/p>\n
Present, explain, and recommend life products tailored to clients\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer retention.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.<\/p>\n
Attend client meetings, networking events, and presentations to generate business leads.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Provide accurate product information, respond to client queries, and assist with onboarding.<\/p>\n
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions.<\/p>\n

\nSkills & Competencies Required
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.<\/p>\n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n
5 years\u2019 experience of Botswana Life, Metropolitan Life and Hollard Life products or financial services is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.<\/p>\n
Strong networking and relationship management abilities.<\/p>\n
Good presentation and client engagement skills.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is an advantage.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications & Experience
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Certificate of Proficiency in long term is an added advantage<\/p>\n
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services.<\/p>\n
Valid driver\u2019s license and access to own transport is preferred.<\/p>\n
