We are looking for Company\/Executive Director who will join our senior-level management. She\/he will be responsible for overseeing our company\u2019s strategic direction and ensuring its legal and financial compliance. She\/he will also account to the shareholders and be responsible for the company\u2019s overall performance, operations, and long-term success.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022Strategic Planning and Oversight: You will develop and implement long-term strategies, set goals, and ensure the company\u2019s activities align with its mission and vision.
\n\u2022Financial Management and Compliance: You will oversee the company\u2019s financial performance, ensure compliance with tax laws, and maintain financial transparency.
\n\u2022Stakeholder Relations: You will maintain relationships with key stakeholders, employees, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring their interests are considered.
\n\u2022Business Operations and Management: You will be responsible for the company\u2019s day-to-day operations, guide managers, and ensure effective implementation of plans and policies.
\n\u2022Legal and Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
\n\u2022Governance and Accountability: You will be responsible for the company\u2019s overall governance, ensuring it operates ethically and in the best interest of the stakeholders.
\n\u2022Performance Assessment and Improvement: You will assess the company\u2019s performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
\n\u2022Crisis Management: You will be responsible for assessing, managing, and resolving problematic situations or crises that may arise.
\n\u2022Leadership and Communication: You will provide leadership, manage the company, balancing the concerns of shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders.
\n\u2022Reporting: You will provide reports to the board, shareholders, and other stakeholders on the company\u2019s performance and progress.<\/p>\n
