Card Stock Ordering &amp; Inventory Management<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Manage end-to-end card inventory including ordering, stock level monitoring, secure storage, and replenishment to ensure uninterrupted card availability.<\/p>\n<p>Forecast card stock requirements based on historical data, trends, and business growth.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct periodic audits to ensure proper stock reconciliation and security compliance.<\/p>\n<p>3. Disputes, Chargebacks &amp; Fraud Management<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Manage and resolve customer card disputes and chargeback cases in accordance with VISA and regulatory guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Liaise with internal fraud management teams to address card-related fraud cases.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure timely investigation and resolution of disputes, maintaining high service standards.<\/p>\n<p>4. Vendor Management<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Serve as the primary point of contact for card vendors, payment schemes, and third-party service providers.<\/p>\n<p>Manage vendor contracts, service performance, and compliance with SLAs.<\/p>\n<p>5. System Support &amp; Issue Resolution<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with IT, card systems providers, and vendors to resolve system issues related to card processing platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions in card services.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate periodic system maintenance, patches, and updates.<\/p>\n<p>6.
