We seek an experienced Senior Consultant to lead in risk investment training, HR Development and systems management and a seasoned Senior Analyst & Advisor to drive investment strategy, analysis, and client advisory services.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Design and deliver advanced training in risk, investment, and financial systems.<\/p>\n
Develop competency-based training aligned with global standards.<\/p>\n
Lead curriculum development, assessments, and system consultancy.<\/p>\n
Support accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance processes.<\/p>\n
Mentor junior staff and engage industry partners.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
A bachelor\u2019s in Finance, Acct and Economics, Risk, Systems, or Investment with 15+ years in training and advising clients (individuals, SMEs, corporates). Postgraduate a plus.<\/p>\n
12+ years of experience in a university or higher education setting.<\/p>\n
Proven publications in recognized business journals a plus.<\/p>\n
Strong expertise in training, consultancy, and digital systems integration.<\/p>\n
Relevant professional certifications in Training, Risk, or Investment preferred.<\/p>\n
High competency in curriculum development and evidence-based knowledge of research publications and presentations.<\/p>\n
