Reporting to the Senior Medical Officer, the position is responsible for patient evaluations and therapy in both the outpatient and inpatient areas, as well as assisting with theatre cases and escalation of appropriate situations to the Senior Medical Officer\/Chief Medical Officer or Specialist on call as is appropriate.

Medical Officer
\nQualified Medical Doctor
\nRegistration with the BHPC
\nUp-to-date ATLS and ACLS accreditation is an added advantage
\nAbility to perform emergency lifesaving procedures
\n3 years working in an Emergency unit or area of specialty with exposure as doctor assistant in theatre
\nReporting to the Chief Medical Officer
\nSenior Medical Officer
\nQualified Medical Doctor
\nRegistration with the BHPC
\nUp-to-date ATLS and ACLS accreditation
\nAbility to perform emergency lifesaving procedures
\n6 years working in an Emergency unit or area of specialty, of which 2 must have been served at a medical officer level
\nReporting to the Hospital Manager
\nChief Medical Officer
\nQualified Medical Doctor
\nRegistration with the BHPC
\nUp-to-date ATLS and ACLS accreditation
\nAbility to perform emergency lifesaving procedures
\n6 years working in an Emergency unit or area of specialty, of which 2 must have been served at a senior medical officer level
