The role involves preparing group financial statements, managing intercompany reconciliations, and contributing to group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations and standards.<br \/>\nManage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.<br \/>\nOversee group audit processes and liaise with external auditors.<br \/>\nSupport the budgeting and forecasting process for the group.<br \/>\nAssist in the preparation of board reports and investor presentations.<br \/>\nMaintain the group chart of accounts and financial reporting systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree\/Equivalent in Accounting<br \/>\nQualified accountant (ACCA, BICA)<br \/>\nBe Registered with BICA<br \/>\n10+ years of experience in group or financial accounting<br \/>\nStrong understanding of IFRS and consolidation principles<br \/>\nExperience with Sage 200 Evolution and Sage Intaact is an advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>JOB APPLICATION DETAILS<\/p>\n<p>APPLICATION DETAILS<br \/>\nEmail CVs to:\u00a0careers@omni4africa.com\u00a0no later than 23 July 2025.
