The organisation is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join their team as a Human Resource Officer.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures<\/p>\n
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes<\/p>\n
Maintain and update employee records and HR database<\/p>\n
Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR standards<\/p>\n
Support employee welfare and disciplinary processes<\/p>\n
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field<\/p>\n
Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar role<\/p>\n
Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices<\/p>\n
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems<\/p>\n
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills<\/p>\n
