Responsibilities

Driving of 8ton, Tri Axle and Superlinks.<\/p>\n
Delivering and collection of freight around Botswana.<\/p>\n
Delivering and collection of freight to and from all over SA, Botswana and Namibia.<\/p>\n
Operational requirements are on a 24-hour basis. Business requirements will dictate working hours required.<\/p>\n
Tying down of own freight once loaded at the in-house and Customers.<\/p>\n
Closing of freight with sails and nets before departing for routes, ensuring freight is safe at all times on routes checking the freight.<\/p>\n
Using scanners for all deliveries and making sure all POD\u2019s and delivery notes are returned and scanned.<\/p>\n
Ensuring Health and Safety Rules \/ Housekeeping standards are adhered to at all times.<\/p>\n
Be able to adhere to specific timeframes and ensure daily tasks are completed within timeframe.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
BGCSE Certificate<\/p>\n
Valid passport<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years\u2019 working experience as Extra Heavy-duty driver.<\/p>\n
Between the ages of 30 years \u2013 45 years.<\/p>\n
Must have own transport<\/p>\n
Must have had valid PRDP and EC license for a period of 5 years<\/p>\n
A high sense of responsibility<\/p>\n
Ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n
