\nWe have an opportunity for a driven and experienced National Aftermarket Manager to join our performance-driven organization and be part of the prestigious JCB brand.
\nThe challenging position involves driving business growth in service and parts business, managing a dynamic aftermarket team across the country, and the continual development of new opportunities, while maintaining the market-leading level of service that our large, long-term customer base has come to expect.

\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n* Oversee all national aftermarket operations.
\n* Lead and manage service teams, parts departments, and technical support staff.
\n* Drive revenue growth through service operations, parts sales, and supported equipment retails.
\n* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve aftermarket profitability.
\n* Develop, sell and manage contracts and agreements for business.
\n* Identify opportunities for growth.
\n* Maintain market knowledge of competitor offerings and developments.
\n* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery standards.
\n* Manage and meet budgets, KPIs, and cost controls across the division.
\n* Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and OEM partners.
\n* Monitor and improve service quality, turnaround times, and warranty processes.
\n* Continual development of new and existing businesses.
\n* Monitor, analyse, and report all relevant performance metrics.
\n* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies.
\n* Recruit, train, and develop aftermarket team members.
\n* Stay up-to-date with news & knowledge of the regional mining and construction sectors.

\nRequirements
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n* Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience in heavy equipment OEM aftermarket operations in similar or related positions.
\n* Commercial experience is preferred over technical knowledge.
\n* Proven B2B sales experience, with demonstrated commercial and operational success.
\n* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
\n* Extensive technical understanding of earthmoving machinery; experience with the JCB brand is an advantage.
\n* Commercial acumen and a strong customer-focused mindset.

\n* Position is Gaborone-based.
\n* Regular travel is required between company sites, customers, and project sites.
\n* Oversees two workshops, three service depots, and two parts departments.
\n* Business development is a critical component of this role.
\n* This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, with occasional additional hours).
