\nWe seek a lawyer with over six years\u2019 experience in commercial law, employment law, compliance, corporate governance and dispute resolution.
\nKey Duties Include: Conduct legal research and offer clear, actionable legal opinions on corporate operations. Manage corporate governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards as well as perform company secretarial duties. Liaising with external Counsel on legal matters. Support management on legal queries related to employment, procurement and stakeholder relations. Coordinate legal documentation for internal and external transactions and organizational processes. Advising on compliance and dispute resolution. Managing debt recovery. Lead employee relations processes by chairing internal disciplinary hearings and ensuring compliance with labour laws and corporate policies.

\nQualifications and Experience:

\n\u00a0
\nBachelor of Laws degree required. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Organizational Psychology or Masters\u2019 degree in Business Administration or related field will be an added advantage. Demonstrated in-house expertise across multidisciplinary sectors. Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
