\nHEAD OF MOBILE FINANCIAL SERVICES
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2013 Develop and implement the MFS strategy aligned with BTC\u2019s digital vision and market trends.
\n\u2013 Drive customer acquisition, usage, and retention through innovative MFS products and services.
\n\u2013 Lead cross-functional teams in launching and scaling digital wallets, mobile banking, payments, and related Fintech solutions.
\n\u2013 Identify and execute partnerships with banks, Fintechs, merchants, and regulators to expand the MFS ecosystem.
\n\u2013 Ensure full regulatory compliance with financial, risk, and data protection standards.
\n\u2013 Monitor performance metrics, develop pricing strategies, and lead revenue growth initiatives.
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nQUALIFICATION
\n\u00a0
\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, Finance, or related field.
\n\u2013 A Master\u2019s Degree is an added advantage.
\n\u2013 Professional certifications in any of the following are highly desirable:
\n\u2013 Certified FinTech Professional (CFtP)
\n\u2013 Digital Financial Services (DFS) Certification
\n\u2013 ACIB or equivalent professional banking certification
\n\u2013 Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
\n\u2013 Project Management (e.g., PMP or Prince2)
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nEXPERIENCE
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2013 In-depth knowledge of mobile money ecosystems, financial regulations, and digital payment platforms.
\n\u2013 Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
\n\u2013 Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
\n\u2013 Experience with product innovation, customer experience management, and agile methodologies.
\n\u2013 Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nKEY COMPETENCIES
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2013 Minimum of 9 years\u2019 experience in marketing, financial services, or telecommunications.
\n\u2013 At least 5 years\u2019 experience in a leadership role within mobile money, payments, or digital banking services, managing business products, especially in emerging markets.
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nPROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2013 Membership of a professional association will be an added advantage.
