\nEssential Functions & Main Duties
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Investigates and writes incidents reports to the clients.
\n\u2022 Monitoring surveillance system (Hik Vision).
\n\u2022 Maintain records, writing detailed reports at the end of shifts.
\n\u2022 Following Standard Operating Procedures for surveillance operations to ensure consistency and effectiveness in their role
\n\u2022 Responds to alerts and reports to relevant authorities.
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nQualifications
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nEducation\/ Certification\/ Experience Required
\n\u2022 A Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge about computing and CCTV related systems
\n\u2022 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n\u2022 0-2 years of experience
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nCompetencies Required
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Proficiency in MS Suite applications
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of Computer Science principles and practices.
\n\u2022 Excellent analytical skills.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience with computer hardware and software installation
\n\u2022 Familiarity with technical concepts and operating systems
\n\u2022 Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n\u2022 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.<\/p>\n
