Nashua Botswana is looking for a highly skilled IT Network & Voice Engineer to coordinate, plan, and lead key ICT infrastructure activities supporting operations and strategic growth. This position reports to the Director \u2013 Sales &
\nOperations (Devaki).

\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Supervise the IT team and manage day-to-day IT operations
\n\u2022 Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage related IT projects
\n\u2022 Deploy and implement IT and voice infrastructure solutions
\n\u2022 Provide IT and technical support to Nashua and its affiliated companies
\n\u2022 Support sales teams with technical input and solution scoping
\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to professional office and operational standards
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nQualifications & Experience
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Education: Degree in IT Engineering or Computer Science
\n\u2022 Certifications (Required\/Preferred):
\no CompTIA Network+
\no Microsoft certifications
\no Firewall certifications (Fortigate, Cisco, or Checkpoint)
\no Voice systems: Certification in any major PABX system
\n\u2022 Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT networking and voice support
\n\u00a0

\nSkills & Attributes

\n\u2022 Sound knowledge of IT networking and voice systems
\n\u2022 Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
\n\u2022 Hands-on experience in hardware and software support

\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills and an assertive personality
\n\u2022 Valid Class B Driver\u2019s License required<\/p>\n
