\nThe successful incumbent must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for this Post and have:
\n\u00a0
\n* A Form 5 (BGSE)\/Technical equivalent Secondary Education.
\n* An Apprenticeship in Heavy Plant \/ Diesel Mechanics.
\n* A minimum of 25 years post Apprenticeship experience in the industry
\n* A minimum of 15 years Bell\/ Liebherr
\n* Earthmoving Equipment experience.
\n* A minimum of 12 years Supervisory experience in a Workshop environment.
\n* A clear understanding of the Original Equipment Manufacturers Operation.
\n* Leadership qualities which are essential to this position as this position deals primarily with people and getting the most out of each individual.
\n* Overseen and managed numerous Repair and Maintenance Contracts.
\n* The ability to develop a sustainable business which will show a year on year growth.
\n* A valid Driver\u2019s License
\n\u00a0

\nKey Performance\/Duties of the Service manager is to:
\n\u00a0
\n* Oversee all Field Service Workshops in Botswana.
\n* Control all processes pertaining to WIP (Work In Progress) and Warrantees.
\n* Drive sales and profitability.
\n* Improve and drive Customer Services.
\n* Manage Key Accounts.
\n* Responsible for controlling all aspects related to Health and Safety.
\n* Manage team building and skills transfer.
\n* Have knowledge of the Bell and Liebherr Parts Systems
\n* Assist with ordering of Parts.
\n* Be responsible for Programming and Software upgrades of all Bell Earthmoving Machines.
\n* Be computer literate i.e. internet, e-mail, Microsoft Office especially in Word Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
