We are currently seeking qualified male and female candidates, between the ages of 35 and 45 for the position of Factory Manager in our diamond cutting and polishing factory.\u00a0\u00a0Job Description:\u00a0We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to join our team at Zebra Diamonds. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and capabilities:\u00a0\u00a0\u2022 Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various diamond operations, including lasering, planning,SarinH, Dialit, Yantra, Bruiting, Galaxy and Polishing. Proficiency in at least one of these fields is required.
\n\u2022 Excellent understanding of all diamond manufacturing tools and machinery, with a proven track record of utilizing them effectively.
\n\u2022 Expertise in Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) systems, ensuring efficient utilization of technology in the manufacturing processes.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in managing a minimum workforce of 200 employees, showcasing effective leadership and organizational skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to oversee a team of highly skilled trainers, instructors, and supervisors, providing guidance, support, and ensuring their optimal performance.
\n\u2022 Strong leadership abilities, with a results-oriented mindset, driving the team towards excellence and achieving production targets.
\n\u2022 Adaptable and capable of working efficiently in a multicultural environment, fostering positive collaboration and effective communication among diverse team members.\u00a0\u00a0The following criteria are essential for the position:\u00a0\u2022 Factory and Production Management: The candidate must have a strong background and expertise in factory and production management, including overseeing operations, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring smooth workflow in a diamond manufacturing environment.
