\nTasks and duties
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u00b7 Proficiency in Management Systems
\n\u00b7 Inventory Management and Product Promotions
\n\u00b7 Ensure employees are preparing products according to company recipes and standards
\n\u00b7 Develop, implement, and manage all production procedures to ensure all plant goals are met.
\n\u00b7 Ensure compliance with food safety operating standards (GFSI) intermediate and maintain customer audit requirements
\n\u00b7 Maintain records for all phases of production relative to safety, food safety & key performance indicators
\n\u00b7 Manage bakery facility staff and deal with day-to-day staff \/ disciplinary issues
\n\u00b7 Provide on-going training and coaching to staff
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nKey Qualifications and Skill Requirements
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u00b7 Food Safety & Bakery Confectionery Training Certificates with minimum of 12 years\u2019 experience in Bakery & Confectionery Management.<\/p>\n
