JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement communication and marketing strategies, manage internal and external communication, as well as drive brand management and reputation through strategic communication and marketing initiatives.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Develops and implements comprehensive communication and marketing strategies<\/p>\n
Manages all internal and external communication channels and platforms<\/p>\n
Cultivates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including Government agencies, partners, and the media<\/p>\n
Enhances BURS\u2019 brand image and reputation through strategic branding initiatives<\/p>\n
Leads crisis communication efforts and manages reputation risks effectively<\/p>\n
Oversees the creation of engaging content for various communication mediums, including digital, print, and social media<\/p>\n
Monitors and analyses communication and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and Return on Investment<\/p>\n
Represents BURS at public events, conferences, and industry forums<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
A Master\u2019s Degree in either Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.<\/p>\n
At least 10 years\u2019 relevant work experience in communication, marketing, or stakeholder engagement roles, with at least 5 years in a management capacity.<\/p>\n
