\nA leading ISP company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance. This key role is critical to ensuring their financial health, operational efficiency and strategic success.

\nKey Duties:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring alignment with group strategy.
\n\u2022 Consolidate financial reports across business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
\n\u2022 Lead treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, risk management, and optimizing funding strategies.
\n\u2022 Develop, implement, and monitor financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
\n\u2022 Drive operational efficiency and cost-containment initiatives across the organization.
\n\u2022 Support the adoption and integration of innovative financial technologies to enhance business performance.
\n\u2022 Provide strategic input to support operational decisions, partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
\n\u2022 Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational objectives

\nRequirements:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent.
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage).
\n\u2022 Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
\n\u2022 Proven expertise in financial consolidation, treasury management, and implementing control processes.
\n\u2022 Strong business acumen and ability to drive operational efficiency in a complex organization.
\n\u2022 Experience with financial technologies and process automation.
\n\u2022 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
