This role plays a critical function in driving business growth by ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of financial products and services to a diverse customer base. The role is responsible for developing and executing distribution strategies aligned with corporate objectives and ensuring high-performance standards across all customer touchpoints. The Distribution Manager is also accountable for expanding market reach, optimizing branch performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJob Details<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nImplement the country\u2019s sales and distribution strategy and execution to drive product profitability.<br \/>\nCreate sales plans and budgets to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.<br \/>\nAnalyse market trends, competition and customer needs to inform strategic decisions<br \/>\nAdapt sales strategies based on changing market conditions to maintain a competitive edge<br \/>\nDeliver and analyse sales force KPIs on agreed frequency (usually monthly), proposing actions where needed and supporting sales force management to implement agreed actions.<br \/>\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty<br \/>\nDrive initiatives for robust stakeholder engagement (Greenfields), launch new products and explore untapped segments.<br \/>\nManages CRM projects, focusing on innovative solutions and building specific tools \/ skills to ensure best performance delivery while respecting national data privacy and other legal requirements.<br \/>\nDrive collaboration across multiple sales channels with a focus on digital preference acceleration<br \/>\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Risk and Operations to ensure seamless sales operations.<br \/>\nEnsure all queries and complaints for both internal and external customers are documented and resolved timely.<br \/>\nAnalyse performance of the various products to establish product success.<br \/>\nLead, mentor and manage the Branch network<br \/>\nCollaborate with Branch Managers to ensure area specific strategy implementation and support for diverse environments.<br \/>\nGather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.<br \/>\nEnsure that Net Promoter score is monitored to ensure exceptional customer experience.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration\/ Economics or similar field. A master\u2019s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nExperience:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAt least 5-7 years\u2019 experience in Sales \/ Channel \/Product Management. Experience in managing distribution channels is highly desirable.<br \/>\nExperience in driving products initiatives end-to-end; from planning to post-rollout management<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKnowledge:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nStrong understanding of customer insights and analytics, to understand and address the needs of diverse customer segments.<br \/>\nUnderstanding of product offerings and customer segments in financial services and microfinance.<br \/>\nExcellent knowledge of Letshego\u2019s micro lending products, sales processes, scorecards and key performance indicators.<br \/>\nRecruitment, training, and coaching sales teams and representatives to achieve individual and team targets.<br \/>\nTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales momentum, volumes and payouts, conversion rates, collections and recoveries, agent productivity, culture and risk.<br \/>\nMaintenance of competitive Profit before Tax to align with shareholder expectations.<br \/>\nRegularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSkills:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nExcellent creative and strategic problem-solving skills (i.e. problem definition &amp; structuring, analysis definition, insight generation &amp; recommendation generation)<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate with senior management about sales strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
