\nWe are seeking an Executive \u2013 Technology & Innovation to lead the automation of internal audit processes and enhance the effectiveness of our Advisory Services (AS) team. The role will
\nfocus on implementing audit management tools, integrating data analytics, and developing automated control testing for both internal use and client engagements. The executive will leverage
\ntechnology to streamline internal work processes, analyse large datasets to identify risks and trends, and embed automation capabilities within client systems to enable cost-effective, insight-
\ndriven continuous monitoring.

\nKey responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Identify opportunities for process automation within our internal work processes, reduce manual efforts, propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency and
\neffectiveness of A\/S team.
\n\u2022 Assist with optimal utilisation of audit management tool\/ software.
\n\u2022 Provide technical expertise and support to team members.
\n\u2022 Stay updated on emerging technologies (including generative artificial intelligence and machine learning).
\n\u2022 Collaborate with Business Risk Services team to understand control objectives and requirements for automation. Design, develop, and implement automated control testing procedures to
\nensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
\n\u2022 Implement data governance practices to maintain the quality and reliability of audit data. Work with large data sets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for internal audit purposes.
\n\u2022 Develop algorithms and tools to identify outliers and anomalies
\nwithin data sets. Implement diagnostic tools to investigate and understand the root causes of outliers, facilitating proactive risk management.
\n\u2022 Ensure audit documentation are updated on audit management software.
\n\u2022 Ensure submission of quality deliverables to clients in line with agreed scope and timelines.
\n\u2022 Support Engagement Lead on presentation of deliverables to clients.
\n\u2022 Incorporate value propositions in all assignments undertaken.

\nQualifications, experience and skills required:
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
\n\u2022 Relevant certifications such as CISA, Certified Data Management Professional, or equivalent.
\n\u2022 Maximum 3 years\u2019 experience on the summary of
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nresponsibilities\/ KRAs specified above.

\n\u2022 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of internal audit processes and controls.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of internal audit standards.
\n\u2022 Proven experience in process automation, data analytics, and outlier detection.
\n\u2022 Strong programming \/ scripting skills, eg. Python, SQL.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with data visualization tools, eg. Tableau, Power BI.
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications in business processes.
