\nApplications are invited from qualified applicants for the position of Financial Systems Analyst\/Manager tenable in Gaborone.
\nThe Systems Manager will be responsible for providing specialized advice and services on Finance applications, to determine and provide systems solutions to achieve
\neffectiveness in the company and to plan, organize, lead, manage and support financial systems within the framework of a Courier business.

\nGeneral Roles & Responsibilities include:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Group consolidations
\n\u2022 Identify and develop Financial & Control systems for the company
\n\u2022 Conduct regular supportive supervision visits to all the offices and branches
\n\u2022 Provide technical assistance to the company and other offices
\n\u2022 Analyze and compile monthly financial results and reports
\n\u2022 Monitor and Evaluate the Financial systems I Coordinate and implement relevant Financial systems
\n\u2022 Do quality Control Assessment of the Financial Systems
\n\u2022 Scrutinize all accounting records and systems
\nProject(s) management
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nMinimum Educational and Experience Requirements
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 A degree in Accounting, preferably with CIMA\/ CA coupled with a Management Information System or Equivalent
\n\u2022 At least 20 years\u2019 experience (10yrs post qualification) in all aspects of Financial systems design, development and implementation
\n\u2022 Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
\n\u00a0

\n\u2022 In depth knowledge of Info-axis and ACCPAC.
\n\u2022 Knowledge in Win freight billing system
\n\u2022 Strong Analytical & Report writing Skills

\n\u2022 Team Leadership and Motivation
\n\u2022 Sense of urgency & thoroughness
