\n\u2022 Project team to hold a minimum of Degree and a minimum of 10 years work experience, five (5) of which should have been at a managerial position.

\na) Vacancy Advertisement;
\n\u00a0

\n\u2022 Draft & Design Job Advertisement for approval by the union and placement in the media.
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nb) Screening & Assessment;
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Receive Job Applications and Profile them accordingly
\n\u2022 Peruse Applications and CV of candidates.
\nc) Shortlist candidates in line with the job advertisement.
\nd) Conduct the interview process;
\n\u2022 Conduct Competency Based Interviews
\n\u2022 Administer Psychometric Assessment of the candidates.
\ne) Reference Check of a suitable candidates
\nf) Present the results of the process and make recommendation for appointment of the best candidates to BOPEU.
