Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions (virtual or in-person).<br \/>\n1. Ensure adherence to training objectives and methodologies.<br \/>\n1. Assess learner performance using predefined competency frameworks.<br \/>\n1. Provide detailed, actionable feedback to participants and trainers.<br \/>\n1. Analyze training effectiveness using evaluation metrics (e.g., KPIs, feedback scores).<br \/>\n1. Collaborate with stakeholders to align training outcomes with organizational goals.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2013 A Bachelor of Education Degree is required.
