\n6. Senior Field Technician (x1)

\nJob Summary\/Key Responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Supervise exploration logistics and multidisciplinary field crews across diverse geological terrains.
\n\u2022 Lead and support geologists in sampling, trenching, pitting, and drilling operations in porphyry Cu\u2013Mo, Cu\u2013Au, and epithermal (intermediate & high-sulphidation) systems.
\n\u2022 Ensure strict field safety compliance and manage equipment under challenging conditions.
\n\u2022 Coordinate accurate data collection and implement QA\/QC protocols for reliable exploration results.
\n\u2022 Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior field staff to strengthen team capability.
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nRequirements:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 High School Certificate, COSC, BGCSE or equivalent
\n\u2022 Over 15 years of proven hands-on exploration experience with extensive field-based training.
\n\u2022 Proven expertise in supervising exploration field teams in orogenic, Cu-porphyry, Ni-PGE, epithermal, and polymetallic systems.
\n\u2022 Strong technical knowledge of sampling methodologies, field logistics, Core Yard Management, Grade Control and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices.
\n\u2022 Effective leadership and coordination skills, with a track record of managing complex international field operations.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Turkish language and Ulsan Holding corporate culture is mandatory.<\/p>\n
