\nJob Summary\/Key Responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Establish and lead the Administration & Finance Division, covering Finance, HR, Administration, Procurement and Logistics.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement systems and processes consistent with Ulsan Holding protocols, IFRS and Botswana statutory requirements.
\n\u2022 Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost control and governance.
\n\u2022 Manage performance management systems, manpower planning and localisation of key functions.
\n\u2022 Drive capacity building for Batswana staff in alignment with government localisation policy.
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nRequirements:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
\n\u2022 Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA) advantageous.
\n\u2022 Minimum 15 years\u2019 progressive international management experience in mining\/exploration finance and administration.
\n\u2022 Strong IFRS and governance expertise.
\n\u2022 Proven record in procurement, logistics and ERP system implementation.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Turkish language and Ulsan Holding corporate culture is mandatory.
