\nJob Summary\/Key Responsibilities:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Establish and lead the Technical Services Division, ensuring systems, processes and procedures are aligned with international mining standards.
\n\u2022 Develop frameworks, strategies and budgets for all stages of exploration, from early reconnaissance to mine planning.
\n\u2022 Oversee program implementation, monitoring and evaluation for multi-commodity exploration.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with QA\/QC protocols and international reporting standards.
\n\u2022 Determine manpower and resource needs, mentor technical staff and promote skills transfer to Batswana professionals.
\n\u00a0

\n\u00a0
\nRequirements:
\n\u00a0
\n\u00a0
\n\u2022 Degree in Geology, Mining Engineering or related discipline.
\n\u2022 Minimum 15 years\u2019 progressive international management experience in mineral exploration and mining.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated expertise across multiple commodities (diamonds, uranium, coal, base metals).
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Datamine, Leapfrog Geo, Micromine, MapInfo, ArcGIS and MS Office.
\n\u2022 Strong leadership and project management track record.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Turkish language and Ulsan Holding corporate culture is mandatory.<\/p>\n
